About the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for handling SAP-related operational activities including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), SES (Service Entry Sheet), and invoicing transactions on behalf of Waaree Energies Limited (WEL), under the supervision and guidance of the reporting manager. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute day-to-day SAP entries related to

  GRN, SES, and Invoicing

  .
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for data accuracy and timely transaction postings.
• Assist in

  vendor invoice processing

  , verification, and reconciliation of related documents.
• Maintain and organize all relevant documentation for audits and internal compliance.
• Support in resolving SAP transaction issues or discrepancies in coordination with concerned departments.
• Track and update the status of entries and ensure timely closure of open transactions.
• Generate and share reports from SAP as per management requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Graduate in Science / Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, finance, or data entry roles.
• Candidates with

  SAP exposure

  will be preferred.
• Non-SAP candidates with a willingness to learn SAP can also be considered.

• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SAP / Tally (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
