Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager Location: Mohali Experience: 4 - 7 years Preferred Background: Engineering + MBA Key Skills: Strong domain knowledge of e-commerce, retail, and basic Indian regulations Experience with customer analytics, in-app event tracking, and tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude Ability to define and refine PRDs, user stories, and connect business requirements to development tasks Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning tech efforts with business goals Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of SQL or product analytics dashboards Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across business and engineering teams Exposure to A/B testing, customer segmentation, and product experimentation Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate on product planning by translating business needs and user insights into clear product requirements Analyze in-app behavior and user journeys to inform feature prioritization and identify improvement areas Refine PRDs, edge cases, and user stories in collaboration with design, tech, and QA teams Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery Support post-release tracking, issue triage, and product iterations based on data and user feedback Stay updated on domain trends, user behavior, and regulatory requirements to support strategic decisions
