✔ Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries
✔ Provide accurate information across product categories: Laminates, Veneers, Flooring, Doors, Plywood & Chipboards
✔ Resolve complaints, service requests, and product queries within defined timelines
✔ Maintain detailed CRM records and documentation
✔ Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital inquiries
✔ Schedule appointments for the sales team & conduct periodic follow-ups for conversion
✔ Upsell / cross-sell complementary products where relevant
✔ Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams for improvement
✔ Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship-building
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably handling premium/high-value products)
🔹 Graduate in any discipline
🔹 Familiarity with CRM & MS Excel is an added advantage
⭐ Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)
⭐ Strong interpersonal & objection-handling skills
⭐ Multitasking, time management & organizational skills
⭐ Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric mindset
