This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal for a Customer Support Executive. The day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and maintaining records of customer interactions. The Customer Support Executive will also work closely with other teams to provide detailed support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
