The ideal Female candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Fluency in both Hindi and English is a must. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries through calls, emails, or chats. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products/services. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Requirements: Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools is a plus). Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations. Willingness to work in shifts (if required). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
