Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal Female candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Fluency in both Hindi and English is a must. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries through calls, emails, or chats.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools is a plus).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
