Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant travel team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings and inquiries Assist clients with flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings (domestic & international) Share information on destinations, visa processes, pricing, and special promotions Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently Maintain accurate records of client communication in the CRM system Coordinate with ticketing, visa, and operations teams for smooth service execution Upsell and cross-sell travel products to enhance customer value Follow up with customers to ensure booking confirmation and post-travel satisfaction Desired Candidate Profile: Strong verbal communication skills Good listening and problem-solving ability Basic knowledge of the travel industry preferred Willingness to work in a voice-based support role Prior experience in call center/travel agency is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7904070609
