Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in NOIDA. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers by addressing their requests and resolving queries through voice support. The role involves identifying customer issues, providing effective resolutions, maintaining an excellent customer experience, and documenting relevant details of interactions for future reference and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficient communication and active listening abilities
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school OR bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

💼 Interview & Work Details

🔸 Face-to-face interview only

🔹 Work Mode: Office | 5 Days

🔹 Shift: Rotational shifts & Rotational week-offs

🔹 Freshers and Experienced Required: Freshers—minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process

🔹 Salary: 40K-50K CTC (based on your experience)

🔹 Education: 10+2 OR Graduate in (Any Stream)

📍 Location: A-37, Sector 60, Noida

💰 Salary Structure

🔸 Fresher: ₹40,000 CTC

🔸 Experienced: ₹45,000 CTC
