Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (IST)

Reports To: Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and articulate Customer Support Executive to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will handle email, live chat, and phone support, assist healthcare professionals with CME-related inquiries, and play an active role in converting leads into confirmed registrations or sales. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international markets, particularly in the U.S. healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email, chat, and phone support inquiries from clients and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant courses, webinars, and conferences.
  • Engage with prospective leads to convert them into successful registrations or sales.
  • Deliver professional and confident communication in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Technical) to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any pending issues promptly.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and lead conversion efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support (email, chat, and phone).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: business, healthcare, or communications).
  • Exposure to international customer service (U.S. or global markets) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Target-driven, organized, and proactive in achieving sales or conversion goals.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

Shift & Work Arrangement

  • Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (Hyderabad)
