Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Raipur. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, resolving concerns efficiently, documenting solutions, and contributing to the improvement of support processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the support team to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔️Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

✔️Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

✔️Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

✔️Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

✔️Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

✔️Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target

Skills & Experience

✔️ Previous experience in a call Center Executive.

✔️Track record of over-achieving quota

✔️Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

✔️ Familiarity with CRM systems

✔️Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

✔️ Any Graduate
