Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in Lagos, with some work from home acceptable. The Customer Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Experience and maintaining Phone Etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in telecom or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
