Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. The employee will also work to improve overall customer experience, assist with sales, and represent the company effectively during interactions with customers. They will play a key role in building long-lasting customer relationships and promoting Kusum Textiles' commitment to quality.

• Strong Phone Etiquette skills to communicate with professionalism and clarity during conversations.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service and sales-related tools or software is an advantage.
• Punctuality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in relevant local languages is a plus.
