Responsibilities - Design and enhance static creatives including posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners, etc. - Edit short-form videos and reels for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and the in-app community. - Repurpose and adapt content for different formats and platforms while upholding brand consistency. - Collaborate closely with the content and creative teams to ensure storytelling and visual alignment. - Organize assets and maintain an efficient editing workflow for ongoing projects. Requirements - Proficient editing skills in both video and static content using tools like VN, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro. - Strong sense of design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Comfortable working with content shot on smartphones, including framing, lighting, and audio correction. - Demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visually appealing content. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
