Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibility:  Providing administrative support for processessuch asinventory control, data entry, and claims  management.  Uphold quality and compliance standards while carrying out particulartasks.  Ensuring many processesrun smoothly and in an efficient manner.  Provide accurate and timely communication with internal and externalstakeholders.  Assist in the implementation of new systems, policies, and processes.  AI can analyze ticket detailsto automatically route them to the appropriate team orspecialist.  Scripting and automation tools:  Analysts can use AI to automate repetitive tasks like software installations and user  provisioning.  Analyzing Data for Insights  They must possessstrong organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding  of technology.  They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, as well as have a keen eye for  detail and accuracy.  Associates must also keep up-to-date on the company’s developments and understand the roles  of other employees.  AI can analyze historical data to predict potential issues and proactively address them before  they impact users.  The job requires proficiency in computer applicationssuch as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel,  and other related software of CRM.  AI can analyze user data to recommend specific training resources and documentation for  improved self-service  Capabilities to Improving Customer Service and AI-powered analytics dashboards  Can provide real-time insights into ticket volume, resolution times, and usersatisfaction,  allowing for proactive adjustments to improve the support experience.
