Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and messages in a professional mannerUnderstand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/servicesSupport customers throughout their journey, from inquiry to resolutionFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuityIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, contributing to sales outcomesCoordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close customer requestsMaintain daily records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomesEnsure timely updates in CRM or tracking systems

Skills & Qualifications

B. com, BBA (Equivalent graduation degree will be preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused approach with problem-solving abilityComfortable interacting with customers and handling objections politelyBasic understanding of sales concepts and customer handlingAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently
