As a Customer Success Onboarding Executive at Digha Park, your role involves setting up, managing, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the park management software. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Setting up, configuring, and overseeing the daily operations of the Park Software. - Providing end-to-end onboarding support to client employees. - Conducting training sessions for personnel on software usage to ensure complete understanding of features, icons, and tabs. - Guiding and supporting client staff on effective usage of the system for operational efficiency. - Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and resolving issues related to software usage. - Documenting training materials, FAQs, and process guidelines for client reference. - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical issues faced by clients. - Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and smooth adoption of the software.
