Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Customer Support Engineer to join our growing IT Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to our clients including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and related devices. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a continuous learning mindset.
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.Experience0–3 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Technical Assistance / Field Engineering.
