The Role: Flutter Developer Location: Rajkot (On-site) Experience: 1+ years Type: Full-time We're looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing team. You'll work on exciting projects across multiple industries, building beautiful and performant mobile applications that users love, with a focus on real-time data and IoT integrations. What You'll Do: Design and develop high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android Implement real-time communication using MQTT for IoT device connectivity Work with Redis for caching and session management Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring features from concept to launch Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Debug and optimize application performance for the best user experience Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices What We're Looking For: Must-Have: 1+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart Experience with Firebase services ( Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM) Working knowledge of Redis for caching and data management Experience with MQTT protocol for real-time communication Strong understanding of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX principles Understanding of Git version control Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Nice-to-Have: Experience with IoT projects and device communication Knowledge of native Android/iOS development Experience with other NoSQL databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience with agile methodologies Published apps on Play Store/App Store Understanding of WebSockets and other real-time protocols Why Join Auranics?
