We're looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing team. You'll work on exciting projects across multiple industries, building beautiful and performant mobile applications that users love, with a focus on real-time data and IoT integrations.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android
• Implement real-time communication using MQTT for IoT device connectivity
• Work with Redis for caching and session management
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring features from concept to launch
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug and optimize application performance for the best user experience
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience with Firebase services ( Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM)
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and data management
• Experience with MQTT protocol for real-time communication
• Strong understanding of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX principles
• Understanding of Git version control
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with IoT projects and device communication
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development
• Experience with other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Published apps on Play Store/App Store
• Understanding of WebSockets and other real-time protocols
