Role Description

We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for our US-based clients. You'll help users troubleshoot issues, answer product queries, and coordinate with our service engineers to ensure smooth device setups and installations.

What You'll Do

• Attend support calls from US clients and resolve their technical queries
• Guide and coordinate with service engineers during device setup and commissioning
• Document issues, solutions, and customer feedback
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams
• Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of hardware, networking, or IT systems
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Patient, professional demeanor when handling customer concerns
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply

Good to Have

• Prior experience in technical support or customer service
• Familiarity with IoT devices, routers, or industrial equipment
