Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Perform onsite diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops (hardware & software).

  • Replace or repair components such as motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, batteries, displays, and other parts.

  • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and required software.

  • Provide preventive maintenance and health checkups for customer laptops.

  • Coordinate with the service team for spare parts availability and repair updates.

  • Document service activities, job completion reports, and customer feedback.

  • Ensure timely closure of service calls as per SLA timelines.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.

  • Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service
