Job Title: Certified Maintenance Partner (CMP) Engineer Job Location: West Bengal Industry Serviced: All users of Bearings and Industrial Accessories Job Requirement: We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-oriented Certified Maintenance Partner (CMP) Engineer to join our team with a prior experience of 3 years. The CMP Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers by analysing and addressing issues related to bearings and industrial accessories. This role involves on-site visits to factories and interacting with customers , where the engineer will conduct technical evaluations, ensure proper application of Bearings and Industrial Accessories, and optimize equipment performance . Key Responsibilities Provide Reliability services- Machine inspection-Vibration Data Collection, Lube inspection, Visual Inspection and Temperature Measurement. Conduct on-site inspections, technical evaluations, and root cause analysis to diagnose machinery failures and recommend preventive maintenance strategies. To provide reliability services- Machine Inspection- Vibration Provide expertise on selection, application, and maintenance of Bearings, oil seals, transmission products, and other related accessories. Train and guide factory staff on best practices related to bearings and Industrial accessories. Example -Performing mounting and dismounting of bearings. Generate revenue through value-added services , including installation, maintenance, and close Annual Rate Contracts / Service Contracts. Prepare detailed technical reports of the site visits, document issues like- corrective actions and recommendations. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . 3 year experience minimum. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (or other regional languages as applicable). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and rectify technical issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for presentations, data management, and official correspondence. Use of Autocad and CRM software would be a plus. Any additional technical or management certifications will be considered a plus. Hands-on experience with bearing mounting/dismounting and alignment tool. Vibration Analysis Level 2 Certification from a recognised institute will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to customers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Bearings and their applications across various industries such as steel, chemical, textile, metallurgy, power, oil and gas, and more. The role requires extensive field visits to customer factories located in West Bengal, focusing on customer relationship management, technical support, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1) Support the Sales Head by assisting: o In Sales and service targets for Bearings and accessories by way of customer visits. o In executing the defined strategy by coordinating sales and service operations across regions/customers. o In generating enquiries & coordinating the quotes, delivery schedules. o In Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships through timely communication and support. o In Technical Clarifications, training, presentations, and technical demonstrations for customers or internal teams. 2) Work closely with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) for smooth order execution. 3) Assist in regularly follow up on quotes, payment collections and resolve billing-related issues with internal teams. 4) Prepare detailed technical reports of the site visits Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . 3 o r 5 year experience minimum.
