About the Role:

Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role (13 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and other support software.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
