Customer Support Associates

Key Responsibilities

Customer Queries:
Handle customer queries, ensuring satisfactory resolutions while maintaining industry-standard metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and minimizing repeat calls (RCR).
Support Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support in a fast-paced, 24x7 setting.
Multitasking:
Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Communication Skills:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any stream is preferred (UG graduates are welcome to apply).
Flexibility:
Willingness to work during odd hours, adapting to a 24x7 operational setup.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to multitask.
