Job Description

Client Communication & Order Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both new and existing order inquiries and providing proactive after-sales support.
  • Follow up on order requests, confirm dispatch dates, and clearly communicate delivery timelines to customers.
  • Process orders accurately, ensure order integrity, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Keep clients updated with real-time order status and handle any follow-up communications promptly to maintain transparency and trust.

Sales Team Support & Administration

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by preparing and managing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and MIS (Management Information System) reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Track and follow up on pending and ongoing client payments to optimize revenue flow and ensure timely collections.
  • Liaise with the factory or logistics team to coordinate dispatch schedules, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
