Assist customers with loan-related queries, status updates, and documentation support. Provide accurate information regarding our loan products, interest rates, and eligibility. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Outbound: Make outbound calls to leads for loan products. Follow up with customers for document collection, application status, and EMI reminders. Promote suitable financial products based on customer needs. Handle basic objections and direct complex queries to senior staff. Key Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Strong customer service orientation. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred. Prior experience in a call center or NBFC/Banking environment is an advantage. Key Responsibilities : IT Support : Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems. System Maintenance : Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure operational efficiency. Software Management : Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and tools. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtual environments (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
