Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Associate to handle inbound customer queries and provide high-quality support through calls and chat. The role involves resolving basic account, billing and licensing issues, guiding customers on product usage, and supporting sales, renewals, and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle inbound customer queries via calls and chats using defined tools and scripts.
Provide support on account access, billing, plans, and usage.
Assist customers with license management and Admin Console navigation.
Identify sales, renewal, and retention opportunities during interactions.
Promote product features and creative tools for everyday use cases.
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM tools.
Escalate complex issues as per defined processes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution times.

Required Skills-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to follow structured processes consistently.
Basic understanding of sales, renewals, and customer retention.
Tech-savvy, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications-

1-3 years of experience in customer support or sales roles.
Experience in SaaS/Digital/Tech support preferred.
English proficiency at C1 level or above.
