Job Title:

Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (US Healthcare) | Freshers

Job Description:

We are hiring Freshers for an International Voice Process (US Healthcare). The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from US customers, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service as per process guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for US Healthcare customers

• Assist customers with queries related to healthcare services, insurance, claims, or appointments

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Follow compliance, quality, and process guidelines strictly

• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers – Graduates / Undergraduates only

• No BE/BTech graduates

• No Post Graduates

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or above)

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in night shifts

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately

Job Details:

Location: Bangalore (Hongasandra / Electronic City – Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US Timings) | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Salary: 3.25 LPA + Bonus + Night Allowance + Incentives

Transport: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided
