Position Overview

Senior Customer Success Manager,


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Business Growth

  • Lead

    upselling and cross-selling

    initiatives to increase account value.
  • Managing relationships

    with each client and being involved in all aspects of client-customer synchronization.
  • Drive

    business development

    by identifying

    new opportunities

    within existing clients from Discovery to closing including proposals and negotiations.
  • Execute the whole

    pilot implementation

    process and make every pilot successful to maintain

  • Build and execute

    account plans

    , outlining growth strategies, potential threats, and revenue targets.
  • Manage to drive revenue growth through

    consultative selling

    strategies.
  • Track and optimize

    sales performance against revenue and quota targets.
  • Work closely with

    customized solutions

    for clients.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to

    enhance company’s AI-powered underwriting solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years

    of experience in

    sales, customer relationship management, or account management

    .
  • Strong background in

    engineering services sales, SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions

    .
  • Proven track record

    in

    closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    proposal creation, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presentations

    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills

    .
  • Experience working with

    US clients

    and

    global delivery models

    .
  • Ability to work independently and

    build long-term client trust

    .
