Job Role:

Customer Support Manager


Job Responsibilities :

  • Experience in handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Should be good at building strong relationships.
  • Strong process orientation. Experience in implementing processes leading to better addressal of customer queries and higher productivity for the team.
  • Experience in Hiring, training, and appraising, and leading a team.
  • Well versed with reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to set goals and measure performance.
  • Collaborative and adaptive to change.


Must Have :

  • 6 - 10 Years

    of proven experience in customer support or service leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and support software.
