Customer Success Manager

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Own onboarding, engagement, and retention for D2C and SMB clients

• Drive adoption of new product capabilities 

• Collaborate across product and delivery as the voice of the customer 

• Track key success metrics and ensure platform utilization 

• Proactively manage risk and solve issues


𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• 2+ years in SaaS customer success or account management 

• Brand side supply chain experience is a must 

• Exposure to AI/ML-led products is a plus 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

• High ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments 

• Experience with strategic clients preferred
