- Be the primary POC, Minimise Churn, and Improve Customer Journey.- Improve NPS & CSAT.- Lead, Manage, and Mentor a Team.- Carry out regular Performance Reviews.

Required Candidate profile

- Design & Improve the Client Onboarding Process.- Develop strategies to increase Product Adoption.- Utilise Client Feedback & Improve Product Fetures.- Present frequent client metrics & reports.
