Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the SMBG Micro Team with client panel setups, configurations, and basic technical onboarding.
  • Support client training sessions by explaining product features, workflows, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Tech, Ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely task closures.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client requirements and onboarding progress.
  • Handle initial client queries under supervision while ensuring a high-quality client experience.
  • Gradually take ownership of client accounts as you gain proficiency.

Future Growth Path

Upon demonstrating strong product understanding and effective client communication, the role will convert into Account Manager – SMBG Micro Team, with expanded responsibilities and direct client portfolio ownership.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS/tech products (training will be provided).
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
