Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Success Intern, located in Ahmedabad & Surat. The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing prompt customer support. They will collaborate with teams to analyze customer pain points and ensure a smooth problem-resolution process. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining communication with customers to uphold service quality and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client interaction.
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Support for addressing customer queries and maintaining service quality.
• Analytical Skills to understand and resolve customer pain points effectively.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
