As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery, managing escalations, fostering long-term customer relationships, and supporting timely resolution of pending receivables. This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities
  • Escalation Management – Own and resolve client escalations by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a timely, effective solution.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout their journey with NextNation.
  • Receivables Management – Follow up on pending payments in a professional and customer-friendly manner, balancing business goals with positive client rapport.
  • Client Communication – Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring transparent and proactive communication with clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with operations, sales, and finance teams to streamline issue resolution and optimize client experience.
  • Insights & Feedback – Capture recurring issues, share customer feedback, and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2– 4 years in customer success, escalation handling, or client servicing roles.
  • Proven track record in escalation resolution and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with collections or receivables follow-up processes.
  • Multilingual skills: Fluency in English and 2–3 regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
