We’re now looking for a Customer Success professional who can drive long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive / Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Kilowott and its clients — ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and ongoing success across projects and digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, understand client goals, and help them derive maximum value from our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-delivery and during ongoing engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through trust and proactive communication.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction of Kilowott’s digital solutions.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Design, Development, Sales, and Project Management — to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track client health metrics, anticipate risks, and drive issue resolution before escalation.
  • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance product and service quality.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and share performance insights with clients.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing, preferably in a digital agency or IT services environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, marketing, or technology solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical information into business value for clients.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, empathetic approach to client engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing international clients.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, UI/UX, or marketing technology products.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in reading dashboards and metrics.
