🌟 Role

You will be the primary success manager for our B2B jeweler clients, overseeing the deployment and adoption of their personalized business apps and websites. This role requires a blend of strong communication, technical aptitude, and a focus on achieving results.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Mobile & Website Management: Coordinate the design, testing, and timely deployment of custom client platforms.

- End-to-End Support: Provide comprehensive B2B and B2C client support, resolving issues and facilitating technical communication.

- Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and create resources to ensure jewelers fully utilize the platform.

- Achievement Orientation: Meet monthly targets, specifically ensuring the successful closure of at least 25% of projects.

- Technical Proficiency: Use CRM software, manage large databases, and handle MIS reporting (MS Office proficiency is essential).
