Job Description

The Customer Success Engineer role at CyberArk is a crucial position within the Customer Success organization. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your expert knowledge of CyberArk products and exceptional communication skills to drive customer adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure successful renewals. By collaborating closely with Professional Services, Sales, Channel teams, and customers, you will deliver a seamless onboarding experience and continuous value to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include guiding new customers through the initial stages of their product journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process by working in partnership with Professional Services, Sales, and Channel teams. Additionally, you will conduct CyberArk Blueprint sessions to educate customers on Identity Security best practices and align their business outcomes with CyberArk solutions. Your role will also involve providing consultative guidance based on customers" security objectives and actively coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a unified customer experience. Furthermore, you will be engaged in supporting targeted customer programs such as digital nurture follow-ups, addressing sales and support how-to requests, conducting live success sessions, and engaging with the customer community. Your involvement will also include developing and delivering educational content for customer communities and webinar series, reaching out to a broad audience of customers and channel partners. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer success, consulting, project management, support engineering, or similar roles. A strong background in Cybersecurity and Cloud services, coupled with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, is essential. Experience in working with executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies is preferred. Moreover, you should have a deep understanding of how CyberArk products integrate and work together, with expertise in at least two CyberArk product pillars. Desirable technical skills for this role include proficiency in Enterprise Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure), Windows/Active Directory administration, UNIX/Linux, Kubernetes, Databases, scripting, software development, DevOps tools, and Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must-have. Being a self-starter with strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills will contribute to your success in this role.,
