Purpose of the role: The purpose of the customer success/ inside sales executive is to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's product or service. It focuses on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer value to enhance retention, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
