Purpose of the role: The purpose of the customer success/ inside sales executive is to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's product or service. It focuses on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer value to enhance retention, satisfaction, and long-term business growth. Key Objectives Increase customer satisfaction & retention: Ensure customers receive continuous value, reducing churn Drive product adoption: Help customers fully utilize the product to achieve their goals Enhance customer experience: Provide proactive guidance and support to optimize usage Build long-term relationships: Foster trust and loyalty through consistent engagement Maximize revenue & growth: Encourage upselling, cross-selling, and advocacy to expand customer lifetime value Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism Actively listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions and support Take the initiative to identify and resolve customer issues before they escalate Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups Contribute to a positive team environment by being open to feedback and supporting colleagues About Company: CarIQ is India's first connected vehicle platform that enables individuals, OEMs, insurance carriers, telecom players, and fleet owners to unlock the value of data and improve their customer experience.
