Job Description

As an intern at Amplicomm, you will have the following day-to-day responsibilities: - Assisting new customers in setting up their accounts and guiding them through onboarding. - Maintaining regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction. - Supporting the Customer Success team in building strong customer relationships. - Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues. - Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools. - Learning about product features, updates, and use cases to assist customers effectively. - Updating customer data and activity logs in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Assisting in generating customer success reports and dashboards. - Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with relevant departments. - Working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to enhance the customer journey. - Participating in training sessions and shadowing senior team members to develop skills. - Continuously improving communication and problem-solving skills through real-time interactions.
