Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As a Junior Product Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and analysis of AI-powered product solutions for our global clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting the setup and delivery of client-specific Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality-tested and data-driven POC deployments. - Translating business requirements into actionable product configurations by working closely with internal stakeholders. - Engaging with global clients and internal teams to support solution delivery and feedback cycles. - Identifying issues, analyzing patterns, and troubleshooting during the POC phase to ensure customer satisfaction. - Documenting insights, user feedback, and implementation data to contribute to product enhancement discussions. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, or equivalent degree in a related field. - Professional Experience: 01 year of experience as a Junior Product Analyst or a similar role. - Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency with platforms like SmartWinnr, and knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Personal Attributes: Highly motivated self-starter, analytical thinker, and customer-centric mindset.
