Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a proficient Korean Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries and issues related to our products or services in the Korean language. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Korean and have excellent communication skills in both Korean and English. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred or a freshers is also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in the korean language.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and escalate to higher levels as needed.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the appropriate departments regarding product or service improvements.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
