Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for weddings to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping clients, and has experience in the wedding industry. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that their wedding-related needs are met with care and efficiency.


Client Interaction and Support:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, providing clear and professional responses.
  • Assist clients with general questions about wedding services, including availability, pricing, and packages.
  • Offer product and service recommendations tailored to the client’s needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Address and resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints in a calm and empathetic manner, offering timely solutions.
  • Guide clients through the booking process, from initial inquiry to finalizing event details, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive reputation for the company.
  • Ensure all client orders and bookings are accurate, including wedding packages, add-ons, and vendor services.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm event details and ensure all necessary information has been collected for their weddings.


Vendor & Partner Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring all requirements and expectations are communicated clearly and promptly.
  • Provide vendors with necessary event details, timelines, and any special requests from the clients.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies between clients and vendors, striving for a win-win solution.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring that all interactions, details, and communications are documented accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-up reminders, and sending out wedding reminders or updates to clients.
  • Process refunds, cancellations, or modifications to bookings in accordance with company policies.
  • Track client satisfaction metrics and gather feedback to improve services.


Hospitality Experience:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
