About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Networking Executive to expand our diagnostic partner network across India. The role involves onboarding new diagnostic centers, collection points, labs, and radiology partners to strengthen our national network. Key Responsibilities Ø Identify, approach & onboard diagnostic centers, collection centers, labs, radiology partners across India Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners Ø Conduct partner visits, site evaluations & documentation Ø Ensure smooth on-boarding and alignment with company standards Ø Maintain updated database of partners (PAN India) Ø Coordinate with operations, sales & management for center activation Ø Negotiate pricing, agreements & partnership term Ø Track performance of on-boarding partners and provide support when needed Ø Travel across cities/states as required Requirements Ø Experience in diagnostics / pathology / radiology networking preferred Ø Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management skills Ø Knowledge of healthcare market trends & partner acquisition Ø Self-driven, energetic & goal-oriented Skills Required :- Ø Networking & Partnership Development Ø Communication & Relationship Management Ø Operational & Coordination Skills Ø Sales & Negotiation Skills Ø Knowledge of Diagnostics / Healthcare Processes Ø Reporting & Analytical Skills Ø Personality Traits Qualification / experience Ø Qualification :- Any Graduation Ø Experience :- 2-3 years experience in Health Industry Why Join Us?
