Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Manager role located in West Bengal, India. The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage service delivery standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring performance to align with key metrics, implementing operational improvements, troubleshooting service issues, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Experience in service delivery, operational management, and troubleshooting.
Leadership, team management, and performance monitoring skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement operational process improvements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Proficiency in using tools and systems relevant to logistics and service management.
Understanding of telecommunications or engineering industry practices is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
