· Office Administration – Managing day-to-day operations, office supplies, facilities, and documentation.
· Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external vendors.
· Time Management – Prioritizing tasks, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
· Coordination – Scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and supporting senior management.
· Documentation & Filing – Maintaining records, data entry, and archiving.
· MS Office Proficiency – Excel, Word, PowerPoint – for reports, spreadsheets, and communication.
· Vendor Management – Coordinating with service providers and tracking service agreements.
· Basic Accounting – Handling petty cash, invoices, and expense tracking.
· Problem-Solving – Quick thinking for on-the-spot admin or facility issues.
· Discretion & Confidentiality – Handling sensitive information responsibly.
