Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise transport arrangements for employees, visitors, and guests.
  • Manage canteen operations including vendor coordination, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Handle the departmental billing process and ensure timely payments and record maintenance.
  • Perform departmental work in SAP and company-specific software systems.
  • Coordinate hotel and guest house bookings for employees, management, and visiting delegates.
  • Manage guest hospitality and ensure professional service delivery.
  • Handle vendor management, including selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Making monthly MIS for admin.
  • Making MOC related to administration.
  • Time office management for contract workman.
  • IMS and ISO related Audit documents preparation and presentation for internal and external Audit.
