Key Responsibilities:

✅ Understand client requirements and design stunning wedding decor concepts.

✅ Create 3D visualizations for client approval, ensuring seamless execution.

✅ Stay updated with trending decor styles and propose fresh, innovative ideas.

✅ Work within different budget constraints while maintaining creative excellence.

✅ Have deep knowledge of floral arrangements and drape works, ensuring a premium finish.

✅ Collaborate with production teams to bring designs to life flawlessly.

Must-Have Qualities:

🎨 Classy taste & refined aesthetic sense – a strong eye for high-end and elegant designs.

🎨 Attention to detail – ensuring every element, from textures to placements, is flawless.

🎨 Creative vision – the ability to transform ordinary spaces into breathtaking setups.

🎨 Beyond software skills – an innate sense of design that goes beyond just 3D modeling.

🎨 Deep knowledge of floral & drape work – understanding materials, colors, and compositions.

Requirements:

✔️ Prior experience in wedding decor design & 3D software (SketchUp/3ds Max/AutoCAD or similar).

✔️ Strong creativity and visualization skills to translate concepts into reality.

✔️ Ability to work with varied client preferences and budgets while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

✔️ Passion for design trends and innovation in the wedding industry.
