Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize luxury wedding dcor themes, mood boards and concepts
Develop visual presentations, sketches, layouts and dcor plans
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
Work with fabrication, floral and production teams for execution
Conduct venue visits and manage layout planning
Oversee dcor setup, styling, and finishing on-site
Source dcor elements and coordinate with vendors
Present design proposals and manage client feedback
Maintain premium quality standards and attention to detail

Requirements

Prior experience in event/wedding dcor design
Strong design sense with knowledge of trends and materials
Proficiency in SketchUp / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or similar software
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury wedding environment
High attention to detail and design
